Actualités OVNI Paris Octobre 2015

Bonjour

Walking Among Us: The Alien Plan to Control Humanity

This book examines a disturbing phenomenon that Jacobs began noticing in 2003. The alien integration action plan has kicked into high gear. The incidents of alien abductions have accelerated as have occurrences of alien involvement in everyday human life. A silent and insidious invasion has begun. Alien hybrids have moved into your neighborhood and into your workplace. They have been trained by human abductees to "pass," to blend in to society, to appear as normal as your next door neighbor.
...
Jacobs is a careful researcher who has investigated more than 1150 abduction events experienced by more than 150 abductees. This book focuses on the experiences of thirteen abductees.

Experts chime in on Puerto Rico UFO video

Since the release of a report analyzing a UFO video allegedly captured by a Customs and Border Patrol (CBP) aircraft using a thermal imaging camera, online UFO researchers have shared a lot of opinions. Several have come up with alternate theories. However, the few experts that have shared an opinion support the findings in the report.

Robert Powell, one of the authors of the report, who is also the Director of Research for the Mutual UFO Network (MUFON), says they have heard from a French organization called The Aeronautical and Astronautical Association of France (3AF). They are an important mainstream organization in Europe, similar to the United State’s American Institute of Aeronautics and Astronautics.
...
This expert’s name is Dave, and he says he is a “Infrared Specialist that is quite familiar with government FLIR systems, including the one in question.” He says, “I have 10 years of experience with infrared systems and I have viewed thousands of hours of combined live and recorded video.”

He says, “The absence of any obvious propulsion system and the heat it generates is quite fascinating. The object’s movement is atypical to what I generally see in infrared video; it moves more like a projectile.”

Dave also doesn’t believe the video is fake. He writes: “It’s my opinion that the video is legitimate, it would be quite difficult to fake. The video is consistent to the manual tracking of an airborne object.”

Outer Space Treaty requires updates due to private enterprise loopholes and more

No longer relegated to the realms of science fiction, outer space has literally become the next and final frontier. It’s becoming a reality where new rules and regulations will be crucial for the governance of what now seems to be a new version of the Wild West.
...
The pioneers commandeering new adventures into space differ from those of the old; a family can’t just load up with their belongings into a shuttle and take off to establish a homestead on the moon or on Mars, for example. Of course, NASA does have aspirations to send manned missions to the Red Planet, but it probably won’t be without the help of private space companies.
...
The Outer Space Treaty, or the “outer space constitution,” is a legal document that was activated in 1967 -- and the current treaty is quickly becoming out of date The document serves as the foundation for international space law and is backed up by 129 countries who have agreed to the parameters set forth by the treaty. The United Nations Office for Outer Space Affairs makes sure that the principles of the treaty are being upheld. Principles include the prohibition of space ownership by sovereign nation states and maintains that outer space endeavors should be embarked upon for the good of mankind.
...
The BBC reports that “this treaty has worked so far, but there are some potential pitfalls.” For example, unlike city states and territories, space currently has no defined boundaries. Dr. Jill Stuart, Editor in Chief of Space Policy Journal and visiting academic at the London School of Economics explains:

There is no official definition of outer space, but it's something on which a United Nations working group is currently consulting member states. I suspect we will settle for a physical demarcation at the Karman Line, which is about 100km up, but it's also an option to go for a functional definition. This is where laws are defined based on the function of a space object rather than where it is in space.

Ministry of Defence covering up infamous UFO sightings which made 14 children draw similar pictures, claims Tory peer

The declassified document is a letter from the head of S4, a wing of the MoD, to the Provost & Security Service, which functions as a kind of internal police force within the RAF.

In this letter, an official expressed surprise that so many otherwise "level-headed" witnesses had reported UFO sightings to the press and suggested a "discreet enquiry" could be the best way to proceed.
...
Nick Pope, who worked as UFO investigator for the MOD, said: “This bombshell document shows how the MoD's UFO project asked the RAF Police to conduct a secret investigation into these mysterious events, while Parliament, the media and the public were being told the subject was of no defence significance."

TV Station Refuses To Comment On UFO Over San Diego

When several callers phoned into San Diego's NBC News affiliate April 28, the station captured this unusual colorful grouping of aerial lights over San Ysidro, close to the U.S.-Mexico border.

"Some said they appeared to be red, blue, and green and kept flashing and changing colors. Some who saw them say the lights didn't seem to move, like those on a plane or a drone," NBC 7 San Diego reported.

According to the station, "We put in calls to the military here to see if they could identify what these where. So far, no response."

"One possibility that explains why the flashing red lights were not synced up is that they were not the same lights," Dantonio told HuffPost. "Many times, internal lens reflections come from lighting that is outside the field of view and hits the lens at just the right angle to bounce around internally until the reflection reaches the sensor. Alejandro's thought that these are lens reflections, I think is exactly right.

"Without the help of the news folks, there isn't much else that can be tested. With an appropriate location, we could have figured out perhaps where these lights came from and made the correlation, but for now, we just have the working theory that these are reflected lights, but cannot match them up 1:1 at this point."
